On Monday, the training continues from the fundamentals provided in the facilitator certification into how LEGO® Serious Play® methods can be integrated with another commonly used business and organisational development tool. Offered for the first time by LSP Methods, this advanced certification takes the world of canvas frameworks and models into a physical, 3D dimension. Through the different sessions you will discover and experience how to integrate canvas models and frameworks with LEGO® Serious Play® methods for use in coaching, teams, teaching, or in an organisational context. You will take away workshop formats you will immediately be able to offer to clients or use within your organisation, and an understanding of the methods and approaches to develop your own.
There will be multiple modules offered during the day by the international team of trainers.
The day will start with an introduction to some alternative warmup activities along with an introduction to Canvas Models and Frameworks. In both the morning and afternoon there will be sessions that will a hands-on experience in a couple of different canvas models, along with introduction and discussion about other frameworks.
We will have a buffet lunch together on-site before continuing with the afternoon sessions.
The day will end with introduction to sources for a range of other canvas templates and frameworks you will be able to adapt in developing your workshops. We will also share a step-by-step process for assessing canvas frameworks and developing workshops using them.

Michael Fearne is a LEGO Serious Play methods expert from Australia with over two decades of facilitation experience and going on 13 years of LSP facilitation.
Michael lives and breathes LEGO Serious Play methods. He has been delivering LSP to clients, training and certifying people in LSP internationally, and wrote the book, The LSP Method: How to engage people and spark insights using the LEGO® Serious Play® method (2020), and continues to look for new ways to bring LSP to the world.
His overall mission is to see LEGO Serious Play methods in all corners of the globe, being used to enhance conversations and insights for everyone. And to do that he is empowering others to share their LSP knowledge, but training, equipping, and certifying experienced facilitators to become trainers.

Miriam O'Donoghue is an accomplished facilitator, trainer, and consultant with over 40 years of experience spanning both the private and public sectors. Throughout her career, Miriam has held senior leadership roles, including Head of Department at an associate college of Trinity College University, Dublin, National Manager for the Further Education Support Service, and Director of the Curriculum Development Unit. As the Director of Miriam O'Donoghue Education Services Ltd, Miriam delivers creative and impactful facilitation and training globally, working with corporations, organizations, teams,

Miriam is a licensed trainer in LEGO Serious Play, LEGO Six Bricks, Group Facilitation Methods, Mind Mapping, and Game for Solutions, equipping others with innovative tools to inspire learning and development.
Currently, Miriam is writing an insightful book for the LEGO Serious Play community, diving into the creative potential of the iconic LEGO Duck.

David Newman is a seasoned educator teaching creativity and creative intelligence at the University of British Columbia, and has taught at a number of other universities in Canada, USA, Vietnam, and Hong Kong. He has been using LSP in his teaching at both UBC and the Solvay Business School Vietnam.
David originally trained in LEGO Serious Play methods in the latter stages of COVID, leading him to integrating it into his teaching at the University of British Columbia. Since the middle of 2024 he has been training educators and facilitators in the method along with running corporate workshops. In Vietnam he has run workshops for a number of organisations including RMIT Vietnam, Prudential Assurance, Pizza 4Ps, and LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam. He is currently coauthoring a book on Team Creativity in a Complex World, incorporating the
LEGO® Serious Play® methodology as part of the narrative and process framework.

Michalis Barsakidis, born in Germany in 1968 with Greek roots, is considered one of the most experienced facilitators in Europe as an expert in the co-creative communication method LEGO Serious Play (LSP) and as an LSP Master Trainer. He has completed more than 10 LSP training courses himself and now trains the largest number of LSP facilitators in Germany. In 2015, Michalis completed his certification in training-the-trainer, which has had a lasting impact on his work as a trainer.
Michalis has developed several innovative LSP formats, including BringYourBricks ©, Bricks & Beer ©, BrickMob © and the trade fair format LSP2Go ©. With these formats, he creates solutions for a wide range of target groups. He has also developed training approaches for large groups, which he successfully implemented in autumn 2024 in Casablanca, Morocco, with 19 participants for becoming certified as LEGO Serious Play methods facilitators. He has been particularly successful in combining LSP with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) to support organisations in sustainable business models.
Michalis was previously the owner of an advertising agency for 15 years and has been a certified communications specialist since 1996. His experience continues to shape his approach to process support and moderation to this day. In addition to his professional activities, he can look back on over 10 years of teaching at a private university.
